Shipping Policy Within Canada

At Brandi's Art Gallery, we want to make sure that your artwork arrives safely and securely. Our packaging is designed to protect your artwork during transit, so you can be confident that it will arrive in perfect condition. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within CANADA over $250.

For orders in Canada under $250 a flat rate shipping fee of $22 plus a $5 handling fee will apply. Express shipping is also available at an additional cost. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brandi's Art Gallery. If for any reason your artwork is received damaged in transit, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that the artwork must be returned for proof of damage. Please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping or return policies, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are committed to providing the best possible customer service and will do everything we can to ensure your complete satisfaction.
